# Kloofwater (portfolio concept)

> Two off-grid, self-catering A-frame cabins (Heron and Otter) on a quiet river in the Overberg, Western Cape, South Africa. 90 minutes from Cape Town. Each cabin sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms; book both for up to 8. No Wi-Fi or cell signal. No pets.

## Rates (ZAR, per cabin, per night)
- Standard: R3,450. Festive nights 10 Dec – 10 Jan: R3,950.
- Minimum stay 2 nights (4 nights for arrivals 14 Dec – 6 Jan). Maximum 30 nights.
- 50% deposit by EFT within 48 hours secures a booking; balance due 14 days before arrival (full payment if arriving within 14 days).
- Cancellation: 14+ days full refund; 7–14 days 50%; under 7 days no refund.
